OK, first off a green tea cookie… who would’ve thought I really was not expecting to like this cookie as much as I did I expected maybe a bitter taste… on the contrary, it is absolutely delicious. I was definitely pleasantly surprised at the combination of green tea and white chocolate… if you were looking to impress a tea party guest definitely look no further than Miss Gwen’s Matcha green tea cookie! It’s honestly delicious!
