This is a very interesting combination. Do you like Lemon? The Lemon flavor along with the Clove Spice is a welcome differentiator in a Cookie. I drizzle a Lemon Glaze on these to finish them and that adds an additional burst of Lemon flavor. These are great for any occasion and especially for the Holidays!

These are one of my favorite cookies on here. I ate these all in one sitting. Best part, I didn’t have that heavy feeling afterwards. These are very little and refreshing. The lemon drizzle glaze really makes this cookie!
