Do you like Coffee and Chocolate? Try these Shortbread cookies with a bit of Cardamom Spice. Dipping them in Bittersweet Chocolate adds a nice Sweet kick. Unlike my other shortbread cookies this cookie is not "Eggless". These go great with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
