One of my former teammates, Garrett C. asked me if I could make him a Cookie with his favorite flavors of Coffee / Toffee / Chocolate. This is that Cookie. Garrett taste tested the Cookies and Loves them, so this is the 17th New Cookie added for the Holiday Season. 

This Cookie is Egg-less.

Absolutely Delectable!

These cookies are 5 stars! They remind me of my favorite coffee/toffee ice cream. The chewiness of the toffee pieces compliments the coffee shortbread's texture, and the dipped chocolate really brings it all together for an amazing flavor profile. Miss Gwen is truly an expert of her craft!
