Just got a sneak peak of the new blueberry lemon cookies. This cook is perfect balance of chewy blueberries and tangy freshness of lemon zest.
What I liked most about the cookie is the light sugar coating which adds a nice little crunch and goes well with the tart flavors of the lemon.
